Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: With the confirmation number included in the confirmation email, click on SERVICE (under our logo) and enter your confirmation number in the field towards the middle of the page. You may also log-in (if you registered) and then click on ACCOUNT HISTORY to view an update of your order.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: Who do you use for shipping? Do I have a choice?
A: We use FedEx as our preferred shipper. If the shipping address does not conform for FedEx, we will us the US Postal Service.
Q: How long does it take between me ordering and you shipping it out?
A: It may take up to 48 hours before your order is handed over to FedEx, but generally it's less than 48 hours. Please remember we're open 8a - 5pm, except holidays and weekends.
Q: What's the shipping cost for wholesale orders?
A: The shipping cost is included in the price that you see. If you live on the West Coast, we will need to add $50-$100 to your pallet order.
