Promotion codes/Coupon codes:

Q: Why won't the system accept my promotion/coupon code?
A: If you're purchasing a sale item, the code is invalid since the product is already discounted. Another reason may be because you already entered one code and you're trying to enter another code to combine the offers. Our promotion and coupon codes cannot be combined.

Ordering and Order Status:

Q: When will you charge my credit card?
A: We use Authorize.net to process credit card orders. Our system will hold the funds on your credit card, and then we will charge your credit card when we ship your item(s). If we're out of stock, we will contact you through email to decide how you want to proceed.



Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: With the confirmation number included in the confirmation email, click on SERVICE (under our logo) and enter your confirmation number in the field towards the middle of the page. You may also log-in (if you registered) and then click on ACCOUNT HISTORY to view an update of your order.

Shipping:

Q: Where do you ship to? International?
A: USA through FedEx and US Postal Service. Canada and Military Addresses through US Postal Service using Parcel Post. International addresses through FedEx expedited shipping services.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q: Who do you use for shipping? Do I have a choice?
A: We give our customers the option to choose between FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS). If sending to a MILITARY ADDRESS, you will need to use USPS. **Please note that we will not require a signature for delivery with two exceptions: (1) you request a signature at delivery, and/or (2) during the Christmas holiday season to ensure your items are delivered without issue.

Q: How long does it take between me ordering and you shipping it out?
A: It may take up to 48 hours before your order is handed over to FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS), but generally it's less than 48 hours. Please remember we're open 8a - 5pm, except holidays and weekends.

Q: When will I know that the items have been shipped?
A: We will send you an email stating that your items have been shipped. You can also check the status of your order by going to SERVICES and entering in your confirmation number.

Q: What's the shipping cost for wholesale orders?
A: The shipping cost is included in the price that you see. If you live on the West Coast, we will need to add $50-$100 to your pallet order. Visit us at MB Distributors, Inc to see our wholesale products.

Products:

Q: What's included in the bed sheet set?
A: 1 fitted bed sheet, 1 flat (top) sheet, and 2 or 4 pillow cases.

Q: How deep are the pockets on the fitted sheet? I have a thick mattress.
A: They're made with deep pockets and will fit a mattress up to 18 inches.

Q: I don't have a thick mattress, can I still use the sheets?
A: Yes, however you will need to use bed/sheet suspenders to keep the sheet on the mattress.

Q: How do you wash the bed sheets?
A: Wash them in either the gentle or delicate cycle with COLD water. Dry them in low to medium heat or hang dry. Do not use bleach, fabric softner. Do not iron and don't dry clean.
