Store Policies

Shipping:
There is a handling time that is in addition to the shipping time. The handling time will range between 2-4 days, however we average 1-2 days. Most orders are shipped by FedEx Ground/Home Delivery.

Returns:
Returns must be authorized by our store. The buyer must contact us within 7 days after receiving the merchandise to inform us that there's damage. We will send an email that authorizes the return along with a return shipping label. the buyer will be charged a 15% restocking fee.
